30 Day Returns

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with the products we offer. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then you can return your product within thirty days of the original purchase date. You will receive a store credit, when applicable, for the amount of purchase upon receipt of returned item(s).

  • You must provide us with the original order number before a refund or return can be approved.
  • All items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Customer may be responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • If you were charged shipping for your original purchase you will not be refunded the cost of shipping.
  • If you received free shipping on your original purchase the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.

Errors and Defects

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, or if we make a mistake with your order, please contact our Customer Care Department, using the form below, immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order). We will make every effort to correct the issue as soon as possible and with minimal inconvenience to you.

Damaged or Lost Goods

We are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. For assistance on how to contact the appropriate carrier service you may contact us using the form below. However, you will be solely responsible for seeking any restitution/replacement from the said carrier.


It is our right to not accept your order or cancel your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:

  • the product is not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded)
  • your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
  • your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud
  • your bank transfer payment is not received within 12 calendar days after acceptance of your order
  • we have reason to believe you are under 16
  • there was an error in the price quote
  • we could not deliver to the address provided by you
